Course Curriculum Outline

Three main topics: Nutrition, Fitness, and Self-Image.

Each week we will discuss one of the three main topics, including an introspective thought process that allows us to dive deeper into new ideas and approach this thing called a "healthy lifestyle" differently. This organic approach will help you reach your goals and tap into your why.

I want to help you stay consistent and show you that it can truly be simple to live a healthy life every day naturally.  Please join me on this journey together because I am confident that YOU CAN DO THIS!

  • Nutrition Overview: Understanding Food Groups, Calories, Grocery Shopping, Portion Control, and Supplements 

  • Fitness Overview: Activity for health, activity for fitness, and performance. Committing to exercise, creating your own exercise program, then implementing it. Proper nutrition for exercise.

  • Self-Image Overview: Creating a positive body image. How to focus solely on yourself, working on it from the inside out. Verbal persuasion.
