Nutrition Overview: Understanding Food Groups, Calories, Grocery Shopping, Portion Control, and Supplements
Fitness Overview: Activity for health, activity for fitness, and performance. Committing to exercise, creating your own exercise program, then implementing it. Proper nutrition for exercise.
Self-Image Overview: Creating a positive body image. How to focus solely on yourself, working on it from the inside out. Verbal persuasion.
